Lincoln Academy School Song

The Alma Mater
Sung to the tune of “The Jolly Student”

We are the students of L.A.

We bear our standards high.

You’ll know us by the dauntless hope

And clearness of the eye;

We strive in all our work and play

To do our very best.

Afield or at our studies

You will know us from the rest.

And FINIS OPUS CORONAT

Our motto still will be.

To lead us on from unknown paths

To surest victory.

We’ll always cherish Lincoln

She’s our Alma Mater dear,

And when we get together

We will not forget to cheer,

For we are jolly students

Staunch supporters of L.A.

Our colors are theseBlack and White;

Then give three cheers now,

RAH! RAH! RAH!

We’re the kind that wins the fight.
