Step 1. Click the following button to request the use of our facilities.

We will respond to your request by email.

Step 2. If we approve your request then download, print and sign our Lincoln Academy Facilities Use Terms and Conditions and you must obtain a Certificate of Proof of Insurance covering your event. Reply to the approval email, attach both documents, and send to us. A digital photo may suffice for the terms and conditions signature. PDF format is preferred.
