Hi! My name is Mackenzie, and I’m in the class of 2027. I loved the process of becoming a writing coach and all of the fun assignments we did along the way. Outside of the writing center, I play clarinet in the honors wind ensemble and Seacoast Youth and Community Orchestra, do dance at Dancemaineia in Waldoboro, participate in the math team, and I am a member of LA’s community group sigma sigma chi. I also like to spend time with my friends and family, read lots of books (especially science fiction and fantasy), and be outside whenever I can. I can’t wait to start helping other students with their writing, and hope that everyone takes advantage of this resource I believe to be so valuable.
