Time for April Break

Tomorrow is the last day of classes before April Break begins and members of the Lincoln Academy community are thrilled to have a well-deserved week away from school. Many students will be returning to their home countries while a group of us takes a trip to New York City. We are excited to explore, eat, and shop our way through the Big Apple with dorm staff! When we return from break, the busiest time of the school year will begin, and we are here to support our boarding students through it all! Students and faculty alike will be met with a swift five weeks before the last day of school for seniors (May 29). During the first two weeks of May, students will be taking AP exams for their corresponding AP classes. Testing dates and more details can be found here. Students taking the Spring SAT at Lincoln Academy will take that exam on May 2nd, and the last day to register is tomorrow, April 17th. Final exams for seniors will take place between May 27-30. Underclassmen will complete their final exams between June 9-12. Please review the section at the bottom of this newsletter to review all major upcoming events.

We would like to give a shoutout to all of our students who earned the distinction of Honor Roll this trimemester. Congratulations to Seoyoon, William, Iker, Alvaro, Luisa, Juliane, Pamir, Richard, Georgy, Camila, Violet, Tate, Quyen, Mint, Liz, Kieron, Bence, and Klim. We are so proud of you!

As we approach the end of the year, you may have increasing questions about your student’s experience. We continuously update our Residential Life web page, making it easier for you to find the information that you need. You will find titles in the menu that will lead you to printable and translatable PDFs regarding end-of-year events, travel information, testing schedules, and more.
