Dear Parents of Senior Boarding Students, 

We are thrilled to share with you the exciting plans we have in store for Graduation Week at Lincoln Academy! Graduation is at 1:00pm on Friday, June 5th, on the Lincoln Academy Campus. This momentous occasion is preceded by Graduation Week, which is a cultural touchstone that holds significant importance in the lives of our students and their families. It is a week filled with various festivities, award ceremonies, gatherings, and, ultimately, Lincoln Academy’s Commencement ceremony, where your student will be recognized as a graduate. We are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for all of our graduating Seniors and their families.  

To ensure that you are well-prepared for the festivities and travel arrangements, we have compiled important information that requires your attention:

Travel Preparations and Visa Requirements: For families of international students, we understand that travel arrangements can be complex. We advise you to start planning your travel well in advance to ensure a smooth journey. 

For families traveling from abroad, please ensure that you have all necessary documentation and visa requirements in order.  Please use this form to submit your travel arrangements.  This will be gathered by the admissions office, who can provide you with a Visa Invitation Letter. 

Accommodations: We recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible.  We have prepared a travel page to guide you towards local Inns and Hotels.  

Schedule of Events: Please use this document to familiarize yourself with the schedule of events for Graduation Week. Families are encouraged, but not expected, to attend all of the week’s events. We would love to see you for as many as you can attend!
