On January 23, 2026, the Lincoln Academy Lincolnaires were invited to sing the national anthem at the Portland Celtics game at Portland Expo. The choir invited Wind Ensemble and Concert Band musicians to enjoy the game and cheer on the Celtics with them. Even though the Celtics lost, LA students enjoyed the game and the opportunity to sing for such a big audience.
