Halfway through the second Trimester!

As we navigate through the challenges brought on by recent storms and their impact on school days, our students remain committed to their academic goals.  This time of year is busy with athletics, ensemble rehearsals, as well as the completion of college applications and essays.

This Friday marks the midpoint of the 2nd trimester, a significant milestone in our academic calendar. It’s important to note that, in our commitment to transparency, grades are not recorded but are shared as a meaningful marker of students’ performance. Please communicate directly with your students and their teachers with questions or concerns.

Thank you to those of you who have already submitted your February break plans into Orah. For those who haven’t had the chance, we kindly request you to complete this process as soon as possible. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and well-coordinated break for everyone.

We try to capture photos of as many activities as we can, to show you the array of academic, athletic, creative and entertaining activities we like to offer our dorm community.  These moments, both academic and extracurricular, exemplify the diverse talents and dedication within our school community. The slideshow in this newsletter captures the spirit of some of these moments, including a recent ski trip to Sugarloaf Ski Area and the Model UN trip to New York City.

Celebrating our student-athletes, we share recent athletic photos featuring:

– Terry & Eren: Basketball

– Sandra, Delane, and Julia: Cheerleading

– V. Eren: Swimming

– Henry W: Wrestling

– Flora and Pablo: Indoor Track
