Wild Weather in Midcoast Maine!

A heavy snowstorm blanketed our region over the weekend, bringing substantial accumulations of snowfall. Students enjoyed a variety of indoor and outdoor activities during this snowy period, including sledding and the Indoor Gross Olympics.  It was a wild and wickedly entertaining time!

Regrettably, the beautiful snowfall transitioned into a challenging wind and rainstorm yesterday, causing flooding, damage, and power outages throughout the midcoast region. As a result, school was canceled to ensure the safety of our students and staff.  Students used the unexpected day off to catch up on class assignments, college applications and sleep.  Others took trips to Brunswick and the YMCA to burn off some energy.

Again, we are asking students and families to finalize their plans for February Break.  The dorms will be closed from February 17 – February 25.  Please consider joining us at Camp Kieve. Detailed information can be found below. Registration and deposit information can be found here.

Be well and take care,
